RESEARCH TOPIC

I research pollution in urban and rural regions of the world with the aim of understanding emission sources and evolution processes of atmospheric aerosols. My research focuses on multivariate statistical techniques that can be used on complex aerosol measurements to determine possible sources and evolution processes of aerosols. With regard to analytical techniques I specialize in ion chromatography and have some experience with our lab’s Aerodyne High Resolution Time-of-Flight Aerosol Mass Spectrometer (HR-ToF-AMS).
