RESEARCH TOPIC

My research mainly focuses on the use of various atomic spectroscopy and mass spectrometry techniques in the analysis of food products’ elemental profiles. With the collaboration of Agilent Technologies and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, I am currently developing and validating methods to analyze arsenic species in wine.
